Refund policy

Because precious metals, collectible coins, and related items can fluctuate in market value, all purchases are considered final.

Returns or replacements will only be considered if:

  • You receive an item different from what was ordered, or
  • Your shipment arrives with damage caused during transit.

If you experience either of these issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the situation and work toward a satisfactory resolution.
